  • Motorist moves two feet past stop line yet impact is in drivers door.

  • 1...nobody pulls out of a junction looking dead straight at that interseting wall in front of you anyway what he is doing..you look the way your going.. 2..the biker was going over slow the second time ..so if the biker was going that slow first time he would have probably seen it

  • This is why i will never ever ride a motorbike. Its just too dangerous.

  • "Take longer to look for bikes....TO RUN OVER!!"

  • @greatestsongsofLIFE Dude, not funny, it's a serious problem that has killed a few hundred people in britain

  • wouldnt have happened if the biker wasn't doing 70mph!

  • Poor Rover 600! However, despite, the biker`s speed, if you pull across the path of a vehicle with right of way (from the right) you are liable too.

  • my good friend just had some one cut in front of him on his motorcycle!!

THAT!! FUCKEN!! SUCKS!! but hes ok

  • FUCK OFF I REPLAYED THE VID AND THE BIKE WAS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN

  • That car barely moved and that bike hit him..If he didnt move that bike would have nailed his hood anyways...

  • For the people who say the biker was speeding. What if the biker had just turned a corner? (AKA wasn't on the road at the first look.)

Heck it's common sense that before pulling out into a road you always look the way the immediate danger is going to be last (In this case Right).

  • The Biker blew the stop sign.

  • Fuck you guy I almost had a heart attack because you edited the biker in so fucking fast. I felt like I just threw up my heart.

  • Who cares about bikers? They make noise, broke the rules and think they're God.

  • @TheMicz7

and that somehow justifies them getting into accidents?

    i think not.

and don't be ignorant and tar everyone with the same brush. how dare you assume that all bikers are like that.

my dad is a biker, but does he break any rules? does he think he's god? fuck no.

when you people make comments like this you paint a picture of yourself as an ignorant tool who doesn't have a clue what they're talking about.

  • @luffyiscool My Dad is also a biker too, and my Dad was almost killed the other day all cos a idiot did the same thing as in the vid.

  • @TheMattyboy20

that's the one reason i don't want to drive. i'm worried about the idiots out there that would get me killed.

my dad was also in an accident recently, some idiot car in front of him wanted to make a turning...

but didn't have any inidicators on...and she slammed the brakes on at the very last second.

he smashed into the back of her, followed by a skid across the ground.

he broke his wrist and tore his shoulder muscles, and for a month he was homebound.

  • @luffyiscool Bloody hell, your dad is very lucky. It could have been a different outcome and i know a man who was knocked off his bike by a man in a big BMW. He did the same thing as he slammed the brakes and he went in the back of his car and over the handlebars to the front of the car. The impact knocked him out but never gained consciousness.

  • I'd just get a bigger car.

  • That made me jump

  • 1. This is a UK ad so it's left-hand traffic so you cant see the rider because of the driver's head.

    2. This can happen just as easily in right-hand traffic. For instance, if you're taking a left turn at a junction in a country with right-hand traffic and you have a person in the passenger seat or just being distracted, you wont see the rider when you look to that direction, and if the rider is going 70kmh, do you think he'll have time to stop if you just drive out?

  • 0:10 = not speeding

0:25 = going far too fast mr. biker tut tut

  • But the driver was too far out on the road.

  • There's no bike when he first looked!

  • IS the freaking biker blind??????? he could have used the brakes to slow down, if he knew that the car's nose was over the white line he would have slowed down

  • asshole bikers no consideration i bet hes an insurance frauder

  • that scared the crapp out of me Dx

  • @Bryanschannell Me too!!

  • almost shat myself...

  • wtf? I haven't seen that biker

  • that made me jump, lol but yeah. the point is that you DONT see it the first time. idiots.

  • we borrowed this ad for the TAC then we quickly went back to making our own because this one didn't make sense

  • the cardriver accelerates not even a foot so the biker is just off the road:P

    though a good commercial...

  • @SMCCOMM Boy you're stupid. The legal road positioning on the road is about 12-20 inches from the kerb. Car had the nose over the white line. I hope you dont drive.

  • Ok I have watched this twice and still have not seen what they are moving , The title of this video is very missleading , thanks for wasting my time

  • reason why you didn't see it the second time is because the camera has a slight degree behind the head and therefore you can't see as much of the background as you did before.

Yet, it's a commercial you dumb idiots it's not like somebody actually crashed into a car for an advert.

  • See, they have to warn people about bikes in England. Here in America it's pretty much common practice to make the bikes loud enough to hear coming a quarter mile away.

The motto is: "Loud Pipes Save Lives"

  • bikers are cockey gets the other week i was in the car with my mum and out of the blue a guy cut up my mum on a bike so she had to slam on the brakes if she didnt she would had hit him and put him in hospital and she wasnt speeding

  • omg i freaked out when the motorbike was smashing! :O

  • Omg I almost had a heartattack when the bike came cus I didn't know it was coming!

  • British commercials are FAIL. This one proves it.

  • @bone009 Ya mum

  • @bone009 Why? Explain.

  • @staggabob cause there was no motorcycle the first time,.. do it in super slow mo.. and you will see.

  • @bone009 Well sure, because it's fake obviously. But that doesn't mean the commercial fails to highlight a serious problem which I've encountered many times- that of dumb fuckwit drivers not bothering to look properly before they pull out- and it does it in such a way that you're going to remember it. Therefore I disagree with you that it fails. Also how do you conclude that this one road safety advert represents ALL British commercials?

  • @staggabob then lemme re-phrase that:

This single British Commercial is a FAIL.

because what we're you suppose to watch out for??, phantom motorcycles???

  • this shit happened to me, but the prick didnt even look,i have already had a operation and i might have to have another 1 to rebuild my liggements in my knee

  • @georgiadillon09 I don't ride a motorbike but cycle to work every day and this happens at least once every 2 weeks. On a cycle I can usually stop (or slide into the side of their car and try my best to dent it) but on a motorbike I'd have no chance. My dad's knee is still fucked 20 years after a car took him off his motorbike at a junction! Good luck with yours.

  • To all you people saying it was the bikers fault. You still don't want a bike in the side of your car even if you are not to blame.

  • The bike isn't there the first time, so it's obviously speeding. Bikers fault for speeding.

  • fuck sake i just jumped of seat and throwed mouse from desk >.<

  • that biker fucking came out of no where

  • do you think they got the demon headmaster to do it so it would be extra menacing?

  • biker's probly at abt 60mph when accident hapnnd

  • Comment removed

  • Harry Potter has a bike now ?

  • it looks like it was the bikers falt to me cos the bike was going far too fast on the 1st 1

  • first time the bike was speeding!!!!!!

  • Take longer?...One look is enough, if they're going too fast it 's not my problem!

  • @NARTCC

I hope one day you dont kill one of us but if you do don't for one second think its our fault. Most riders understand there are fuckwads out there and every car stopped at an intersection is likely to pull out on them and get ready for it.

  • @NARTCC Not your problem? I bet you're that same ass clown that pulls into the fast lane on the freeway doing 65mph making everyone slam on their breaks because you think it's not your problem. It'll be your problem when you have to deal with the wreak.

  • @NARTCC

Well, we are going about the shame speed as a car. It's not about the speed the bike is going. It may be ok if you look once. The most likely is nothing to happen. But there's maybe a car or a bike coming since you first looked, there is a probality. If it's a car it might be ok...insurance companies will work it out. If it's a bike he/she might end up dead. The whole point of this commercial is for car drivers to always think tha motorcyclists are more exposed to danger than them.

  • 0:07 no Bike. Or:

    Biker to fast.

  • The camera is angled specifically so the driver's head is blocking the section the bike comes from. No way we can judge how visible it was to the driver.

The moral of this story is don't get into a car with someone who has a giant head.

  • @crypticmirror and where people drives on the wrong side of the road

  • @windowspiratato mabye its an advert from england

  • @TheFatGuy1231 i know. was joking

  • OMW i so jumped when the bike came lol

  • I had ALMOST the same accident - I warn you! This Add is not kidding you!

    L O O K T W I C E ! ! ! !

  • Who is that biker, Sirius Black on his magic motorbike? LOL

  • Comment removed

  • That bike popped out of nowhere. It wasnt there in the beginning

  • the bike scared me lol

  • How the fuck did he get out? IT's a right hand drive, got hit on the side and didn't open the door. It would've taken a while to get out the left and he'd be in shock, so he probably wouldn't get out the left.

  • They always wreck Rovers!

  • @ kawapilot

do you know that im a 19 year old lad so im not under age and no i dont have a bike i have a car and if someone knocks you off your dead cos my mum works in a hospital and she told me most of the people in a & e are from bike crashes

  • @JStanleySWFC91 Youve no idea have you?..simply because, my wife is an ODP ( ask your mother what that is ), My wife rides a bike, as do i for the past 28 years.8 out of 10 fatalities the car is to blame, your just a wee boy who has ZERO experience of driving, i ride big bikes, drive HGV and own several cars. Go get a CBT then know what its like on two wheels before you think your an expert on speed. Also a riding course with the police would help (as my wife and i have done )The bike was @30.

  • ya i do road & dirt

  • the bike was speeding & diddent see the car either so it was not all the drivers fault

  • Exactly. Riding 50 in 30mph zone. And in the second scene it was doing 20mph.

    But I like Think!'s commercials...

  • Comment removed

  • @sdavis732010

    do you ride a bike?

    do you know speed?

  • check out our youth road safety movement!

  • gosh i remember watching the TV with my mum about 2/3 yrs ago and this advert came on nd when the motorbike crashed into the car straight away my mum screamed and went o my god

  • biker was a TWAT cos he was speeding

  • @JStanleySWFC91

obviously dont ride a bike and you are an under aged twat. dont you understand the message here in this ad? has your brain gone AWOL? ( do you know what that means thicko)

  • @teutonicpenguin what the hell is wrong with you? They should highlight how bikers think they are invincible-that's just a childish immature comment, yes the biker should try to anticipate drivers intending to pull out ahead, but what do drivers have to worry about? A dent at the most, bikers have to avoid broken bones and death, so don't pigeon hole every biker when you don't know what your talking about

  • omg that scard me a sudden bike smashing a window omg and lol

  • LOL. i've seen this loads of times, then i crapped myself. :( LOL

  • Whether it is the rider's fault or not is totally irrelevant. The point is, EVERY driver should take care to watch for other road users. Common sense innit?

  • sometimes its also the biker's fault. once at my office a biker went on the street outside at 60 on a 30mph street. EVERY DAY. one day he didnt. i asked the lobbyiest if he heard him and he said he died yesterday, hitting a van like this crash. no helmet. HIS FACE WAS INDENTED IN THE VAN . i hate driving. i wish there were airplanes to everywhere

  • @DeathlyDavid wow that's sad...but I would have loved to seen the face impression in the van. wow....I'm not trying to be gross, but that sounds like something that would be interesting to see.

  • that happens every time and the driver will complaint to the officer "I didn't see them! it came out of nowhere!"

  • the scene of the bike crash made me jump :o

  • My mum hated this ad, she would yell at my dad to change the channel or close her eyes

  • the bika came out of no where?

  • I don't renember how it is there but in the United States most that ride the crotch rockets are the danger, riding at ungodly speeds putting us all in danger.

  • in the first scene (0:30), there is no biker

    but the message counts

  • my dads a forensic engineer who is doing a case on the same thing happining the biker broke his neck and died instanty!

  • LAMO! HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! XD

  • the driver of the car was the cause of the crash because he stopped too late

  • i was about to hit biker becouse of same mistake

  • The biker was speeding for sure

  • The ad should highlight how bike riders usually think they're invincible and how unsafe bikes are. Of course people are going to have trouble seeing them, they're bikes.

  • fuck yoursefl michele!

  • ---MERELMOMENT--- That is how I call the moment you see someboy for the very last time not knowing the person is going to die sudden death later. I was phoning with my then girlfriend Merel, when my brother yelled through the door, I shall close the gate after he would pass through it on his motorcycle. In Full Metal JAcket, they gave their rifle a GIRL's NAME. I gave that moment a GIRL's NAME.

  • Look, Look, Look, Look

Who cares if you hold up traffic, you could save lifes!

  • People cant see bikes on road- really!

  • You shitheads should stop nasty comments on these ads. You should be thankful that your UK TV shows ads like these cos u have no idea what pervert idiots rule the streets...

  • He Died and fryed :)

  • Oooooo Got owned

  • Hahahahaha :/

  • yes bikers please keep the speed limit and look 2 times otherwise god bless your souls!

  • All should take care of each others, out their !

  • most hav been trapin cos he wasnt there first time he looked

  • cause he wasn't looking for them. Thats the point. The bike might as well not have been there.

  • piss drinker

  • thats near where i live!!

  • the bike wasnt even there the first time check for yourselves i did twice.

  • Avoid magic bikes.

  • @TheGlock80

well noticed mate, also if you look the second time the view changes and there is no lady on the footpath on the other side of the road...

  • thats the point, your not supposed to see it, just like the driver.

  • @TheGlock80 me too

  • @TheGlock80 the whole point of the bike not being ther in the 1st clip wen he looks is to show u looking once is not always enough look twice. in the 2nd video he looks and u see him

  • @TheGlock80 yeah i know i checked frame by frame...

  • @TheGlock80 The rider could have been speeding or have pulled out of a drive way.

  • @TheGlock80 yeah the first one was animated, they cant go crash a bike and kill somebody to make a comerical lol . but the vid makes its point well.

  • @TheGlock80 Yeah, I know, Checked myself

  • some people in cars take the piss and pay no attetion to bikers...i mean i hav a motorbike...and how many F***ing times that some people in cars just pull out in front of you or dont stop and let you threw....soem of these people are serious douche bags

  • Obviously the reason why we didn't see the bike for the first time is to envision ourselves with the driver that he didn't look thorughly until it was too late. Think about it If we saw it coming, we'd think "he's a stupid driver how could he not see that" But like it or not this happens all the time, drivers saying "you came out of nowhere!" Well where could he come from, the sky?

FYI, the biker was in the right-of-way of the intersection, he doesn't need to stop for the car to let it pass.

  • contramano

  • smashing viewing! id like to fuck the legend driving up the shitbox

  • who gives a shit about holdin up other cars dumbass

  • WOW! you're a friendly person. I like that you call me a dumbass, nice to assume that

  • impatient sun! where are you form Idaho!

  • if you noticed, when he was looking the first time, his head was in the way so u couldent see the bike?

  • The Ka is still visible, in an uninterrupted shot, when the bike appears. It's not two shots, and the bike was there all the time.

I was once knocked off a pedal cycle in London by a fool in a van. He pulled out of a junction, just like this, as I approached uphill at about 8mph.

"You came from nowhere!" he yelled as he got out and I got up. His son, about 8 years old, said, "I saw him, Dad. You weren't looking, were you?" Q.E.D.

  • everytime at that junction, I'm there for agers checking, since a mate told me it was filmed there.

  • I never saw the bike the first time. I like the retro one from the 70s the crash is more dramatic.

  • lol gay ass commercial the bike wasn't there in the first time.

  • You couldn't see the damn bike on the first "look".... as in before the crash.

  • Fuxkxfuxkfuxk.

    That squeak of the tyres

    The speed

    The smash

    Bad memories.

These commercials are done really well!

  • hmmm, maybe the kamikaze rider didn't like Rover/MG! maybe the rider was attempting to destroy the Silver Rover 620 SLi with his bike before the Head gasket blows! Mind you, who wouldn't want to kill a Rover? Their a piece of shit anyway! Rofl

  • This kid got killed by a Semi he was skateboarding and the driver did the first thing this driver did, he didn't look twice in the way he was driving. He hit the kid and ran him over with 5 tires and didn't even notice until he came out from under it. It was right in front of my neighborhood.

  • Us Americans have a similar commercial to this, except it omits the whole "aftermath of the crash" thing.

  • the secon 'here' is so funny xD

  • The thing is they've tricked you here, because he actually wasn't there the first time, so the man did nothing wrong, It was the bikers fault for being invisible the first time.

  • It's NOT a trick. Look again! You can see the headlight in the first few frames. That's the whole point of the commercial!!!!!

  • Bikers fault for being what?

  • you couldnt see the biker in the first attempt

  • i bet if motorcycles had a spear on the front ppl wud watch out 4 them.

  • Good one, I think I'll fit one on mine :P

  • ahahahaa!

    nice!

  • I think the bigger issue is him driving on the wrong side of the road..:P

  • is this in europe because the driver is on the left side

  • its in GB!

  • well,if that wasnt england or ireland the bike driver should have been sent to prison because of kamikaze driving in the wrong way

  • lol

  • watch the movie. did you see the car driving along the road infront of the t intersection? or the car turning into the t intersection which is coming from the same direction as the bike. The ad is from england. we had the same one played here in australia.

  • Hate to see the image from the motorcycle drivers helmet. It reminds e of my accident. When i hit the car it felt like the picture froze like in the video.

  • had same accident 4 weeks ago, good thing is that I cant remember the actual part when I hit the car, although I was clear all the time.

  • To Sunnyjason:

Okey, nice to hear you are alive. I can't remember like the 10 sec before the accident, it starts when i was infront of the car and then i heard the car, my bones and the bike get crushed. Then it felt like i was flying totaly weightless, then a bounce on the ground. I broke a bone and some toes, it was 6 month ago, i still cant walk painless :/

    Take it easy outthere

  • I had my bmx crashed into a car, i lost memory by 20-30 seconds before and after the accident, some broken bones and a pretty huge head trauma.. To all sorts of bikers: keep yourself safe!

  • This advert really do make me now look for serveral times when I am going out at a junction!!!

  • americans are fat and stupid , end of. hopefully the prick who is arguing here rides without a helmet (oh how they cherish thier 'freedom') and will get his head caved in when one of his 'infinatly better' fat american friends hits him with a car.

  • oi some americans are very nice people >:O ..sure some are creepily religious and fat but still ...they have some greats over there

  • just think about who makes your porn lol

  • They may have produced a poor fake where they didn't really need to but the message is to true all the same. It's most dangerous being a biker because motorists tend to miss you. They should have instead done a study on blind spots for the average car and see how many bikers they can hide in those blind spots. The way people change lanes on the motorway you'd think they never heard of a blind stop...

  • omg this advert is the biggest fuck up i know!! at 0:07 their is no bike and at 0:22 when they do the replay they put a bike in! haha toss pots
