Universal salvation was for me a heresy, people pleasing idea until I saw passages like this.

If you take the book of revelation as the end of Gods plan then of course universal salvation would not make sense; but if you look at Paul's writings and see God will be "all in ALL" then you see love Never fails.
Were these men TRUE men/women of Yahweh to begin with???? Just because they say the right things etc...Look at their fruit going all the way back to the beginning of their ministry and judge to pray for them etc.. on that, Yes I agree pray for His people but also dont forget the wolves in sheeps clothing. It is true that we should sugar coat that some have fallen away from the truth; however, the word says to pray for them. Instead, we hate on them and send them to Hell. I see many flaws in the free will argument. You don't think God could find a solution to overcome even the most rebellious sinners? He had all of eternity to figure out a solution. He's all knowing and all powerful. Why bother with the process of creation if he already knows some will be lost causes in the end? Is it really worth it? His belief does not require our belief or anything we might do to ensure our redemption.
Now we know that Jesus is the PEACE that passes all understanding and just who can have fellowship with this JESUS (PEACE)? It is the one who believes what I have just described about the TRUE BELIEVER. Yes, our belief can bring us into fellowship with the TRUE BELIEVER, but our belief does not make anything HE did come true. What HE accomplished was accomplished by HIM, not us.
We can live our entire lives here on earth without the fellowship of the TRUE BELIEVER and we will live in doubt, guilt, self condemnation, and a lack of peace. By the way if you go to church you will hear messages that bring all those things into your life because you know that you can never measure up to what the preacher is saying.

It requires more than just the belief that Jesus is Lord, it is not only a confession from the mouth, but it is an acknowledgment from the heart that saves oneself. I am yet to read a scripture that empowers me to judge others. 2 Timothy 4:2 instructs us to "Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction. The above statement doesnt.
Yes we WILL judge not that we are already empowered to judge now. I would rather work out my salvation and pray for those who are weak like me than to judge others.

I can send u all of the scriptures, if you like. This has "Nothing" to do with empowerment, but rather to uplift and edifying the body of Christ. Cain said to God, "Am I my brothers keeper?" We would be wise to obey the word of God, and confront those who are breaking the laws of God. When dealing with the word of God, "the pendulum swings." There must be a balance. We cannot take a scripture and run with it. If we are going to study or search a matter, we must read "all" that God has said on the subject. Mose's family was wise indeed to realize this so early on. And God advises this to the church, even to the point of ex-communicating those who do not conform. I will post this scripture later today as well. Jesus is the only "overcomer of sin". Paul wrote that as long as we have flesh, we have to battle sin. The thing Paul din't want to do, he did. The thing he wanted to do, he didn't do. The old testiment is full of people who had problems, but God used them. This guy is wrong, the married woman he "abused" should study the Word for herself. God will handle Rev. Pearson. Either way, if you feel really strong, be careful or you may fall yourself.

Well, we all have feet of clay and we can't forget that. We aspire to live the teachings of Christ and to walk in his way. But the sexual abuse of his own granddaughter is a little difficult to take. He needs serious help. How someone can so split off his own actions from his own moral compass is amazing. Power corrupts and inflates the ego. A person confuses their own desire with the will of God.

Christ paid for the world's sin on the cross. He is the sacrificial lamb. There is no atonement for sin without the blood. It is the blood of Christ that covers your sin. But like the passover in Egypt you still need to have this blood applied to cover your sin. You need to have faith in Christ alone apart from works to be saved.
The dead will still be judged at the Great White Throne judgment. Those not in the Book of Life will be thrown into the lake of fire.

I see many flaws in the free will argument. You don't think God could find a solution to overcome even the most rebellious sinners? He had all of eternity to figure out a solution. He's all knowing and all powerful. Why bother with the process of creation if he already knows some will be lost causes in the end? Is it really worth it? Even I as a finite human would not create something if I knew the outcome would not be what I wanted.

why do you assume that Jesus was referring to the secular world that would hate His followers? The world that hated Jesus was the pharisees & religious leaders of his day. Judaism was the dominant religion at that time. So true followers of Jesus will be hated by religious people. In fact the secular world loved & embraced Jesus. Even Pilate didn't really want to crucify Him because he found no guilt in Him.

Christians are persecuted because people hate the truth and love the darkness rather than the light.
People don't like to be told that they are sinners heading for hell and that they need to repent of their sins and believe in Christ for their salvation.
People want to make their own rules and be their own God's. They don't want the real God.

JESUS is the only TRUE believer. He came to earth and never wavered in His belief of God the Father. His belief fulfilled the law. His belief broke down the barriers. His belief drew ALL of Mankind into HIS Body at the Cross. His belief took away ALL of our Sins even while we were still sinners. His belief does not require our belief or anything we might do to ensure our redemption.
