Best keyboard ad video ever. Although I've used the Dell keyboard in the video for a few years (and loved it, you can really smash those keys quickly) and am currently typing on the goldtouch keyboard (the one the woman couldn't quite get the hang of) and it's pretty comfy. It's not perfect though, so I may give this one a shot.
Does anyone know if the keys on this are quiet? If they sound like the Kinesis Advantage keyboard, than I can't use it because I type late at night when others are sleeping. My current keyboard is dead quiet.
The Freestyle uses key membranes which are more quiet than keyboards utilizing mechanical key switches. My opinion is the Freestyle's keys are about half the volume of the Advantage.
I belive Topre capacitive key switches are the best of both worlds (tactile but not loud and renowned reliability). If these kb's used Topre switches AND had N-key Rollover functionality (much like Filco or other's) it would be the win of all wins in every department. I would get the Advantage model just for the level of support it provides as well.
They should also show someone actually typing on the keyboard with sounds and all, to give you a better idea of the tactile quality of the keyboard, etc.

they didn't show off their best model the Advantage usb
it has split concave key configuration with palm rests on the keyboard.
i bought a used one 12yrs ago and last year switched to a usb model
it costs 300 but its worth it especially if you type 14hrs a day.
