I've been a pioneer pro for years and ready to make the change. I noticed different controllers in different vids. If I am gigging out what would you reccomend for gigging out vs home studio? Nice tunes, very good mixing but why the effects on as good as every mix? You obviously have a great feel for rhythm so you don't need to soup up every mix. Let the tracks do most of the speaking.

@DuViOnline Sorry about the late reply! The headphones are designed so well that they pus the cups onto your ears, but they are still really comfy! If you plan on wearing them for really long period of time the pick up the velour pads, they are super comfy. But otherwise, I can't see anyone having any complaints with HD25s - they are immense. :]

@siedgey Haha, no problems!, Well I see that I dont should pick the curled cable? Because the cable has more weight than the headphone itself, it will pull the headphone to one side.. (Yeah, I've read many reviews) Well, I think I just go for the HD - 25 With 2m straight cable? (think that's a shorty though)

@jameswhitemusic I do indeed man - I got a set of Mk5s. They are nice turntables man - not as powerful as the Vestax I used to use but decent none-the-less. I like the MK5s as they have a dipless pitch fader, meaning you don't lose that ~0.5% of pitch that you do with the MK2s. Thanks for watching!

About the pitch being hard to adjust - depending on how much you practise, it'll start to let go after about 2-3 months, untill it goes really smoothly.

i'm confused to why your still trying to listen to your head phones from 10:10 onward? Aren't both your tracks up full volume for the most part and listening without headphones would be better. It might just be force of habit for you i was just curious, its just something i noticed.

Thanks for the comment - in answer to your question, I am still using the headphones all the way to the end of the video because in some circumstances, especially when both tracks are quite 'full on', I find it easier to pick out the beats of the track I'm mixing out of if it is still nice and loud in the phones.
