This is the opening clip from the game Arcturus: The Curse and Loss of Divinity for PC, was originally released as a joint effort between Sonnori and Gravity (The creators of Ragnarok Online). I guess you could say this is a predecessor to RO, as the in-game graphics are quite similar in some respects.
This would have been a great game if they had released it in english, but as far as I know, it was only ever released in Japanese, Korean, and I think Chinese.
