for all of those who are stuck with a locked at&t phone. Its pretty easy to get the unlock code for your phone. All you have to do is call AT&T International Services at 1800-335-4685. DO NOT call the regular AT&T customer service. Tell them you are in any other country and you need to unlock your phone to get service in that country. When you first call this number, you will be prompted to enter an AT&T number. Just ignore the prompts until you get an operator. it may take more than one try.
Then google your phone model to learn how to enter your unlock code. If the first operator won't help. Just call again to get another operator. Its just that damn simple.

The unlock code is specific to each phone. It is determined by the IMEI number and one phones unlock code will not work for another.
