Both great cars there but the only reason you pay so much is for the badge, a 70k Z06 could run easily with those two.

typical teen answer... if you can afford a supercar, you're not gonna take it to the track all day. Also, the corvette went around the track faster than 90% of ferraris and lambos. The only ones that beat it so far are the LP670 sv and the Enzo.

You buy a lamborghini because of how it make you feels, and you buy a ferrari because you just enjoy a great drive on an endless empty road. You don't buy it and ruin it by taking it to the track.

longer life? here in LT in winter temperature drops bellow -15C and in hot summers it reaches around 30C. We have autums when it rains all the time and winters with lot's of snow, so rust is one of the main problems for the cars. Hundreds of thousands of old VW's mercedes audi's etc. are on the roads out here. Probably 1/3 of the taxi drivers use old mercedes 124, because they are the best tool for the job. I have 1991 Audi 80d and that's what my friend I call European bulletproof durability.

Well more F1 cars can produce those number, smaller the cylinder faster the cylinder spins thus creating more horsepower out of a 2400c V8. The S2000 makes 107.7 HP/liter not cylinder and the engine is 2.2L not 2.0L anymore. The Scuderia makes 118.6 hp/liter and S2000 200-2003 model did make 120hp/liter but made almost no torque, they had to lengthen the stroke of the piston to 2.2 to make more torque but it was only like 14 more torques. A short stroke engine will be reliable.
