Hey i was wondering if you guys could help me with my steam problem, because it just doesn't work anymore it keeps losing connection, and i want to know if its cradlepoint (btw i already put the ports in)
@Matr1xninJa Are you referring to Steam on your PC? You may want to try uninstalling/reinstalling that component or testing the device directly into the PC to see if you're experiencing the same issue.
@Matr1xninJa May be the device going bad on you. Open up a run box and type in "ping google[dot]com -t" without the quotes and a "." not a [dot], and it will open a console window starting a ping. When you do this watch and see if you're getting a lot of request time out messages. If you see this occurring a lot that would explain the problem and could either be a signal issue or the USB modem going bad.
@Matr1xninJa Not sure at this point, there could be a lot of different things causing the problem for you. You may want to check some boards for info on steam connection problems.
@3gstore also I called you guys friday and was supposed to be getting a pdf file in my email and never received it. Any chance you look in to that for me?
Yes, you wanted the gaming PDF right? I've got the info from Dario, but I've got to get things put together and didn't have a chance to finalize it over the weekend. I'll try and get something put together for you ASAP!
No, the CTR35 only requires one file. If you email us at support[a]3gstore.com we can send you PDF instructions. I'll have a video up based on that platform in the near future!

@3Gstore I have uninstalled it tons of times and it is directly into the PC, could it be because i have outdated firmware?
