As much as I love Lady & the Tramp, I feel like this movie teaches that you can give live animals as presents. Birthday presents, Christmas presents... Whatever kind of present it is. Dogs, cats, and other animals should not be 'surprises'. Ever. :(

One must first have the necessary space + funds for getting started + emergency vet funds. Unless all those are accounted for, it would not be wise to spring a living animal upon a person. But then, if everything is accounted for, then I hardly think it would be a surprise by that point. There is also the fact that the person the "surprise" is meant for may not like the

While the dog is cute, I already have another dog, and don't have the means to raise two (not to mention the 'surprise' dog developed problems with her teeth, just as I used up my emergency vet funds for my older dog who needed a knee surgery). I am currently unable to pay for the second dog. :/

I used my entire emergency vet funds of $3000 for my older dog's knee surgery. Pets are extremely costly. My second dog is not eating and is extremely lethargic. I may have to put her down if I cannot raise the funds within the next few weeks. I was not prepared for another dog, and now she is suffering for it. It would have been better if she went to a home

@pkta1 Yeah, I love both my dogs. The one like Lady is like a spoiled princess although she is very sweet. And the one like Tramp definitely still has her wild side. She often goes on grand adventures, but always comes back home. My family doesn't like it when she takes off, but she just has that sense of adventure. But I agree! Tramp is AWESOME, and so is Lady!!
