@7Rotorman You can check out their site, and give 'em a call. Their pricing varies as to whatever features you'd like. They can give you the rundown as to costs.
I have no knowledge on cigars whatsoever, only smoked a few in my life, but my mind tells me that having closed boxes of cigars in a humidor is kind of like putting plastic wrap around a food item thats already sealed in it's original and unopened container. am I way off here? On a side note: I love cigar boxes, I think they are the coolest things ever. I used to buy empty ones off a guy that owned a magazine/cigar store for 3 bucks a pop. i'd cover the top in artwork and give them away as gifts
@thepypehype Cigar boxes are porous so they'll still leak out whatever humidity may have been in them. Even when the cigar is wrapped in cellophane, you still want to keep it in a humidor because it's porous too. The goal is to keep them roughly between 65 - 75 % humidity (I choose 65% as I like 'em a little on the dry side). Allot of people argue that keeping the cigars together in their original boxes will help them age better, and keep them from intermingling one anothers flavor too much.
@thepypehype If you still have some of those art-covered cigar boxes around, you should show 'em in one of your next vids. I love checkin' out others peoples art. They sound very cool!! My wife creates allot of her art through found / acquired objects too.
@vasypher So where do you get these Voldemort island cigars anyways? Feel free to send me a PM if you don't wanna post it here because I've been looking for some and can't find any.
@SOVIETTACO Geez, thought I'd replied to your comment already. Sorry bout that. Glad you dug the video man. Thanks for giving it a look. Hope we can expect more videos from you soon as well.
@OrchestralPipe Ok...now you're creeping me out. You mean there's a doppelganger of me walking around out there? I'm going to have to look into this....hehe...;).
@OrchestralPipe Thanks for having a look!!! I loved that birth year Dunhill you received for fathers day. '75 is my birth year too, will have to be on the lookout for one soon myself...:).
Oh my!!! you have an awesome collection, I was wondering why I haven't seen your videos in my "New Videos" and I thought I had subscribed to your channel but I did it from my phone, and it seems there were some sort of issue, finally I got it right. I agree, the new pipe stem is just a work of art! And that humidor! are you kidding me??? man! that absolutely awesome!
You shouldn't keep your tins in the humidor. Tins are made out of metal and will rust, ending up by getting ruined. Your pipe tobacco just needs to be tightly closed in some recipient and away from light, in order to properly age.
Damn that thing is nice I want one
