I just find the regenerating health system completely unrealistic. When you get shot, the bullets don't magically disappear out of your body, and magically heal. Also, I find it annoying when your completely outplaying somebody, and they just sit a corner out of your sight and wait, like KidHOne said.

Health Points are better because it requires the player to be more alert and aware of what is going on. With regenerating health, you can just run into any situation knowing that your health is going to regen anyways. Also, regenerating health is a feature used to make games more accessible to new players and people who suck at games. If they add both regenerating health and HP, it would be awesome. With regenerating health, then the Medic class, the most important class for success, is useless

@ FloChris. I think health bars are kinda out of fashion now. I think it's more realistic to not know exactly how wounded you are. After all, in real life when a soldier is injured the medics don't say "he's exactly 74% alive".

Having said that, however, I can understand if you miss that data. I used to like seeing that I was on 1% health and still killing on BC1
