This video is utterly retarded. "Does his throwing arm remain behind him until he releases the discus?" Of course it does, that is the only physical way to throw objects. Furthermore, this guy is a rather slow disc thrower, and he HAS to stay in the ring because he is a decathlete, not an actual disc thrower, and only gets three throws.
