Sadly Lotro didn't go as far as I'd have wanted it to go. I'd have loved to see Gondor and Mordor, which will probably never happen in Lotro, since Turbine never bought the rights for that. *sad panda* Expect SWTOR Machinima from me next... ;)

I wanted to make it seem like that music(Eagles)was part of the game, i mean to seem like it is the game's music, natural..thats why i left the ingame sounds on

Das Geheimniss ist, dass das Video vor dem hochladen klein und in guter Qualität sein muß. Ist es zu groß, dann macht sich Youtube nicht die Mühe, es gut zu konvertieren, weil es zu lange dauern würde. Ich exportiere meine Videos aus Sony Vegas als XviD mit second pass. Dann sind sie gut und klein.

Yes, and I am not a Fan Boy. I played other MMO's and my oppinion is objective. I started Lotro out of the same motivation. I wanted to walk Middle Earth, and what can I say... I did.

Hard to compare them. I played both and they are VERY different. Lotro is all about an open world with lots of leveling and GW is about instanced quests with small partys.

If you'd really ask me, I'd say Lotro is "better" though. But that's a hard decision to make.

What sets them apart would be the right term. Let''s see. I'll name (in my oppinion) those things, that each of the MMO's does best:

WoW: End Game - Equipment collecting

Eve: Economy simulation

Aion: Looks - Style

Lotro: Story telling - quest diversity

That's how I'd describe, how Lotro is differnet from any other MMO on the market. None of them has a story as good told and as epic as the one from Tolkien. It focuses on a progressing so called epic story, where you play a very intense story.

i think you should edit this video and add 2 regions: forochel, there are a nice view in west forochel to the sea very nice with open fields.

trollhaws, many high cleefs have nice views on the forests spaciely in day light, and maybe even mirkwood also from high places

Editing the old one would not be possible or needed. It's impossible to put all favourite locations of Middle-Earth in the video, as the world Turbine created is so massive and vast. There would always be some place missing. ;)

Only thing i found bad was the unstable camera moving...its like...having good movie camera but no tripod stand for it...you know?

Thank you very much. :) I tried directing the camera with the num pad. It was too fast and absolutely linear, so I didn't really like it. Also I tried setting the sensitivity down all the way from 4000 to 200 dpi. It helped a bit, but not as much as I would have hoped. In the next movie, that I am already working on, I use both hands and a special mouse pad, to direct the camera. It's again a bit better. Hope you will like it. ;)
