for 2010 i made a goal to be vegetarian for a whole year to get back into the habit of eating healthier. by the end of the year i had lost ten pounds unintentionally. i still am vegetarian (i noticed i have so much more energy without red meats, woohoo) but i make sure to eat eggs, fish, beans, nuts, and greek yogurt as my sources of iron and protein.

Hi ! See'See here . Just wanted to share some knowledge with you: If your progress is slowing , that might mean your body is getting used to your workouts and is hitting it's plateau. Maybe it's time to change it up some ! && if your gaining weight , don't freak out. You said you had a lot of toning up to do, you might be gaining muscle. It Does weigh more than fat , ya know ? I was never very fit, but this year I decided to train for a half marathon. I've put in alot of hard work since I started in September. Today we started a jogging module in PE at school and I could run 4 miles! My teacher even asked me after did I jog a lot - never in my life have I been told I was fit!

I still drink a gallon of water one day then a gallon of green tea the next. Hey girl..look at it this way, at least its only 1/2 lb. Loosing weight and getting into shape takes some time and its not always gonna be a constant flow of pounds being shed off. Dont get discouraged though because this is only the beginning! You can do it :)

you have to eat beef. or iron rich food.
You have a big dark circle under your eyes.
that is a sign of iron deficiency.
I know you are trying to lose weight but iron deficiency can cause you problem in a long run.
