I understand what it's about, I understand the message and the lyrics, I have read all of the comments and appreciate others oppinions so please respect mine. I am a musician and have been for the past 12 years and I have very specific taste so I'm not saying it is a crap song, just that I don't like it as much as her other songs. I absolutely love Carrie's voice and Passion. She is so versitile and can sing anything from country to rock to gospel and pop. She doesn't get the recognition in UK that she deserves. Only bad comment is I don't like this particular song. It just doesn't do it for me like 'what can I say" "last name" or "jesus take the wheel" and don't get me started on "cowboy casinova" fab songs and this track just doesn't hit me like they did. But that's just my oppinion. Love it when she did the G n R cover

Wow how you could not see the beauty in this song is beyond me. This song speaks to EVERYONE. The song is about hope, about consciousness, Inspiration and beyond all LOVE, the most powerful emotion we humans have. All the songs you mention, speak to certain groups I.E christians, women etc.

She always tried to outsing Carrie and most times audience wasn't too happy about it. Luckily, Caerrie has got extreme powerful vocals and her old backup can't get that high and hold it.

I also hate country music, except for Carrie, Not sure what it is. I think it is because I think she has the best voice in country (powerful and crystal clear with a nice lilt), but it is also because her music doesn't sound to country-ish. One of the things I love about Carrie, is the close relationship she has with her family, especially her mom. It is a beautiful and rare thing to see nowadays. I was very close to my mom. I guess you could say I was a "momma's boy". Not a day goes by that I don't think of one of the lessons that she taught me along the way. She left us way too soon.
