all u need for a rear steer is a reverable y harness, that way when u turn left your fronts go left but back go right. if u use a regular y cable all u will do is crab walk
all u do is mount a servo on the flat mount on the rear end then disconect the balcups and make them look like the ones on the front then buy a Y-servo wire splitter

2 Servos, 2Channel reciever, Y-Servokabel splitter. That´s how he did it.
Is the 4WD steering permanently? With only 2CH Radio?
It would only make sense with a 3Channel Stick radio, where you can select the rear steering
