I just switched to Opera from Firefox, and Opera kicks it's ass all over the place! Firefox is just too damn slow, and glitchy now.

Opera is faster than google chrome, internet exlplorer, firefox, safari, anything! Opera is the best internet browser ever.

Opera is not that good in comparison to Mozilla Firefox. Firefox has many useful add-ons that really come in handy, and supports many sites unlike Opera. Firefox is the best browser hands down.

 Just want to say that turbo is for DSL use only. If you have broadband and you use turbo It will actually decrease your browsers speed a bit. Only use it if you have DSL. Opera 10 is not a bad browser I just rather use it on windows instead of my mac because on my mac it is actually the slowest browser compared to firefox or safari. I think people should give this browser a try either way.

I really like Opera and prefer to use it. Unfortunately my typical issue is there are just too many sites that Opera has issues with and the site simply refuses to function properly in Opera. If it happened once in a while I'd excuse it but it happens consistently. This never happens in Firefox. But hopefully this issues are resolved in 10. I'll certainly give it a shot.

@wanderingtaoist It's not Opera, it's the web developers. Run the Acid3 test using Opera 10 and you'll see it passes with flying colors. The issue is that some web developers don't build their web sites properly, and so their sites are not compatible.

My favourite browser is still Firefox.

It has great extensions and themes.

My favourite theme is Noia 2.0 (eXtreme), which has some nice customization options and Feed Sidebar extension is great for managing your RSS-feeds.

But judging from this review, Opera 10 does look great.
