The video in a nutshell: When Lady Gaga was injured, the media stopped paying attention to her because they thought she was "over". In order to get their attention again, she killed her boyfriend. The dead women shown throughout the video represent how negatively the paparazzi can affect people's lives and lead to death/suicide.

The whole video is making fun of the media and the silly lengths that celebrities go to in order to get the media's attention.
