@sweetnssssssssssss It won't explode, but it is possible to get a hook caught in an inflatable boat. Generally, the boats are inflated hard, so that most items simply bounce off. If you did get a hook caught, I'd probably snip it off, then push it into the inside of the boat and put a small drop of glue over the hole. Lots of anglers use inflatables for fishing since they are stable and seaworthy.
