Don't know if you already found what info you wanted to know about that rule of the single tank. I spoke with some of the guys at FW for the rules and they said that yes you can only take one per heavy support slot, hope that helps ya mate!
That looks brilliant mate. Do you have an armylist you're going to run or do you just paint stuff you want to make a list further on. If you have a list, any chance I can get a peek at it? I have a heap of extra guard that I am thinking of converting to heretics of vraks.
