So sad... the director, Kurt Wimmer, did some years before a really nice movie, "Equilibrium". Cool Action, nice music ( Klaus Badelt, too ) interesting story and good charakters and acting as well. But this film is just a mess! The opening credits are pretty cool, but sadly this isn´t a comic-based film, it´s just supposed to be one. It would be cooler the film would be more like the fake comics, with the zombies and agents and stuff. So, the film is just boring, stupid and lame. So sad...

Milla has a great voice perfect for talking throughout the credits. But I hate that movie credicts say her movies are always bad. Well they are wrong none of her movies suck and none will ever suck if she is in them. She looks really cool as violet and a great plot behind. Even though it is a little Resident Evil it doesn't matter cause this movie is ULTRAVIOLET.

Well, I guess all of those Ultraviolet comic books in my collection are just my imagination. I have the first five issues, including two cover variations of the first issue. After issue one my collection is sort of hit and miss from issue 8 until 25. As always the book is quite a bit different the movie.

Funny... I just typed "Ultraviolet comic" into Google and Ask... I got a whole bunch of hits... including the personal blog of Jeff Parker, who did one of the "comic covers" in the opening credits. He says there's no comic. So does Phil Noto, another one of the "cover artists".
