I despise Savage but the ban was ludicrous, what ever happened to freedom speech? The views of Savage are little more than the inate, far-right rantings of a is tired and bitter old man and would be easily defeatble in any debate. Banning him gives him the impression that he's won! The best way to confront lunacy of this kind is to face it head on, not attempt to silence it.

To Americans and Savage I do apologise about the lunacy of our crumbling nation and lunatics like osummuso. We had a radio presenter similar to Savage called James Stannage who lost his job because he spoke truth and honesty. Please understand that most brits wouldn't have a problem with Savage entering the UK.
