im in one of the largest high school in state and everybody says its one of the easiest languages to learn...even some of the teachers say it!

It really isn't if you want to learn to speak fluent italian, English is nothing compared to the italian language, I lived there for a year and some of the gramar was so hard to learn, I know people who have lived there for like 20 years and they still don't manage to speak fluent.

it's easy, relative to learning any other language as an English speaker. While Italian consonants and and vowels are easy for Americans , learning language itself is an extremely difficult task. So you're right in some ways. It's easy if you're comparing it to learning Japanese or Arabic, or even French. Spanish MIGHT be on the same difficulty level but some of their consonants are a bit harder to pull off in regular speech.
