@grandghostchase well the sivir mid is level 7...so in those days it would have been a nunu double laning, so he would be what....level 5? 6? not going to have 1k AP. Also, you may not have noticed but in those days sivir's ult was affecting the creep as well, thus making them super OP. Im surprised they didnt have the old super op promote as well :P
