@QUIKKSTAR Hey there! Chicago is a great city, with a beautiful skyline, very nice people and it is very clean, true! We would love to shoot video of the windy city one day!
@18roger23 Hello! Thanks for your interest in our video! The neighborhood below Morningside Heights is the Northern part of the Upper West Side, a nice neighborhood too!
With all due respect, Morningside Heights is NOT part of Harlem, neither today nor historically. In earlier times, the two most thriving (and distinct) communities in northern Manhattan were Manhattanville and Harlem. M'ville was bounded by +/- 122nd (south), 135th (north), the Hudson (west) and St Nicholas Park (east). Harlem was the area to the east of St Nick Park. Modern Morningside Heights overlaps Manhattanville (north) and stretches to about 108th (south) where Bloomingdale begins.
@ferguson6552 Thanks a lot for your help! We will take your comment into consideration, it will help us to improve our videos in the future! New York neighborhood boundaries are always hotly debated... even in our office! Thanks again ;)
@slicingwater Yes, Barnard College is a great women's Liberal Arts School. Its student population of around 2300 is a great compliment to the huge student community in Morningside Heights, Harlem. And to top it off, their mascot is Millie the dancing Barnard Bear. Go Barnard Blue!
@pborty You’re welcome! Glad you like our video tour of Morningside Heights in Harlem. We have many other New York neighborhood video tours that may be of interest for you too. Please let us know what you think ;)
@allforass69 Thank you for your comment! You’re right; Morningside Heights is a very pleasant neighborhood and is becoming more and more popular to our customers! Take a look to our Harlem vacation rentals and furnished apartments, maybe one of them could become your place in 6 months ;)
