Baxter International Corporation holds the patent on the H1N1 vaccine.

MedImmune, maker of FluMist (the live virus vaccine), holds the patent on the H1N1 virus.

Baxter Corp had 2 notable "accidents" in 2009.

-Feb, '09 - Baxter sent 72 kilos of contaminated vaccine to 16 labs in 4 countries, which was "accidentally" contaminated with DEADLY LIVE H5N1 BIRD FLU VIRUS.

It was discovered before it was released to the public, narrowly averting a deadly epidemic.

-April, '09 - A container of this deadly mixture "exploded" aboard a train in Switzerland, headed for Geneva.

It violates International law to transport hazardous products in this way.

Baxter Corp had the patent on the H1N1 more than a year ago.

The outbreak of this H1N1--aka"swine flu" &aka "birdflu666" happened near Mexico City. Baxter has a manufacturing plant near Cuernavaca, Mexico.

Despite all this, Baxter Corp was awarded the contract to make the flu vaccines for us.

And thanks to the Public Readiness Preparedness Act, Section (b)(1), all swine flu vaccine manufacturers will have complete legal immunity from prosecution or lawsuits.

Perhaps that my son vomitted so shortly after swallowing the medicine, most of the Tamiflu got out of his system.... I can only hope and pray.

@yasameenah1 From what you describe my friend I would think that your son will have gotten the majority of the Tamiflu out of his stomach before it had a chance to be absorbed. Thanks so much, I was just discussing with my mother how long it took before he vomitted and it was less than 5 mins, she thought 3mins. She said intuitively she felt it bad to give him the drug in the first place. It is funny, I am engaged to a foreign doctor and he was shocked that an Australian doctor would prescribe such a serious medication to a young child with no blood test. He is right

My mother took my 4 year old to the doctor as we were both sick. I did not go. When I asked what the doctor said, she said it was more than likely the swine flu and prescribed Tami flu. She complained it cost $45, she had just gave him the first tablet and said he vommited shortly after, which had not happened prior to the medicine.

tell you what i just took one. your recormending the worst if your over 12 there fine. if your under 12 the helpline would say no. I was accepted, helps my tempature 2 more days of swine flu left, thanks to the tamiflu.

either your mixing to sorts of flu stuff together or you've got what the tamiflu is for wrong. tamiflu helps speed up your recovery, stop it spreading to your lungs it doesn't stop your flu stuff just helps speed it up, stops it killing you.

me too...and my young daughter...we're both fine. But without tamiflu she was running nearly 104 temperature....my husband hand swineflu vaccine because he's military...he's fine too... and between his shot and our sickness was a whole month...my daughter and I got better in five days...so we stayed home five more so we didn't spread inection to anyone. my daughter is 18 months old. Omg I had too take tamiflu for h1n1 and that shit made me go crazy I would go to sleep and when I wake up I would see things as slow as a snail moving so fast it was like NASCAR cars passing by...I vomited.

I stopped taking tamiflu about a month ago and up to this day I still have the side effects of tamiflu
