When Celine usually sings live she concentrates on her vocal chords, not on the body movement.. So please accept the fact that this is a lip-sync from her opening night version.

A live singer would take the smiley position for their cheeks and the effort is concentrated on the upper jaw not the lower one

Amazing voice, yet this performance seemed somewhat fidgerty. It seemed as if she was trying to overcompansate the fact that she mimed with really abrupt movements which really just made the performance a little jerky. Celine did mime, as she pre-recorded this to go into her Vegas show - yet who knows? She must have sang it live many times in that amazing show. I much prefer her 2007 performance, it was amazing, stunning, fantastic, just like her, but this performance seemed uncharacteristic.

It surprises me that you think a performer of her caliber would ever lip synch. If she is sick and can't perform she has to cancel. Lip synching would ruin her career. Part of being a performer is being able to stay healthy and being able to perform even when sick. I did 6 performances of South Pacific with bad tonsils. I had them out after the show and two months later was live, on public radio, performing the bass lead in La Gioconda. You do what you have to do but never lip synch.
