It's not made OUT of butane, the manufacturing process uses butane. Difference. If you paid attention to anything Bho said in the video, you'd realize your comment is redundant. What about when the oil hardens in the vacuum. Can butane still travel through the oil. I know it hardens up way before all hte butane is out. Thats why i apply heat to my vacuum chamber. Not enough to boil off my turpins and make my oil dark. But when ever its in a vacuum wihtout heat, you can take a torch to it, and it crackles and sparks. When i run it with heat and vacuum. It stinks up my house like ive burped curing jars. The oil is so tasty, and has no sparks or snaps what so ever.

He must have his temps diald in, while hes got his pump on. like I said in my last comment with the video. i like the 130F reagon, for my vac chamber at -85kpa. Then I take it off the heat and let it cool before I let the vac out. Comes out hunnycomby like my profile pic.

Hey really enjoyed this episode because of the content; educative as well as entertaining. I personally use a combination of low heat and vacuum. (The low heat aids in getting the oil in a molten liquid-ish state and then into the vacuum chamber.) After a long T break I now prefer vapor-bonging buds.

@OgrAdaY Because lower atmospheric pressure takes only the solvent in this case Butane and leaves behind the solutized cannabinoids in an oil form because the canabinoids arent a gas at rooom temperature like butane. However if you tried to purge a hexane made hash the same way it wouldnt work because the solvent is stable at room temperature and vaccum (14 pounds positive pressure).
