@elibeth121 nope, some people don't need that many calories to stay healthy. My body only needs 1,500 because I'm small and I don't use that much energy through out the day. It's different for everybody.
nope. normal average intake of cals is 2100 cals. eat more during breakfast, slightly lesser during lunch, and eat the least during the night as ur body takes a longer time to digest, resulting in digested food becoming fats instead of energy for you.
hi aspenfash! :) ok most probably your chips are about 200 calories on average, the coco puffs 117++, and chewing on gum burns 12 cals/hr. so check the cals in your gum to see how that figures. You probably burn more chewing it than it contains...
