This video rather frightens me. Does political jurisdiction have anything to do with this? I have been told, and I am unsure of this, but I have been told that who you are is who you state yourself to be under the rules of political jurisdiction. Our identity is established by what we state. For example, I where to say, "My name is John Smith", then my identity would in fact be as I stated. Now, I would like to know if I am on track with political jurisdiction and how this applies to the corp.

The States were guaranteed their sovereignty through the 10th Amendment of the Bill of Rights and the people through the 9th and 10th Amendments. @FruitGod Remember, history is written to favor the country of origin. What most people consider "accurate historical information" is in fact a stretched and skewed version of the truth. Look at the historical accounts of Christopher Columbus. He is portrayed to the citizens of united States of American as a grand hero who brought enlightenment. When in truth Columbus was a greed-driven oppressor of people. History must be viewed at more angles. Let us not take character shots in here.

This video rather frightens me. Does political jurisdiction have anything to do with this? I have been told, and I am unsure of this, but I have been told that who you are is who you state yourself to be under the rules of political jurisdiction. Our identity is established by what we state. For example, I where to say, "My name is John Smith", then my identity would in fact be as I stated. Now, I would like to know if I am on track with political jurisdiction and how this applies to the corp.

Because, the John Smith that I declare myself to be has no social security number, has no birth certificate, has not bound him self to the federal government through taxes. Without that information they cannot prove political jurisdiction! And if they cannot prove political jurisdiction, what then?

Can you be that which have accumulated? No. Leave it all on the table because none of it is yours anyway. You have not set up your own jurisdiction yet and until you do you're still presumed to be under theirs and until you pledge and begin to build your society, you're still building theirs.. @jjsyverson Man does not have a LAST Name. Fictions have LAST Names. Man has a given Name which is ONLY a first name and a middle name if given one. Man has a SURNAME which is the family Name of the family you were born of. The SURNAME is not a part of your given Name. So if you state you are John Smith, you are claiming to be the fiction Name. Lose the LAST Name and don't use it when claiming the Name you are called.

However in Canada there was a fairly recent agreement between Canada and the Crown which raises some question as to who is left. Sorry I can't cite source off the top of my head, but it may have been mentioned in the recent documentary UNGRIP. I also think the other question you have to ask yourself is, "just what is a country anyway?" As far as I can tell, they're all corporate...

The 14 Amendment means no such thing! NO ONE can contract for another!. Such an Amendment will work ONLY if you accept it and fail to demand your moral right not to be bound by any contract except one you enter into yourself voluntarily, not by trickery! Don't be fooled by syntax! When you submit a label form adhesion contract (10-40) you are "volunteering" and "complying" and "agreeing" to a fraud!

@deceiver123m Actually I don't think any human being on the planet is "free" except the very top ruling elites; and I'm sure even they must answer to someone above them. Illegal immigrants can find few jobs that do not require one to file some sort of document with the IRS to pay taxes, and those jobs that will hire them "under the table" pay so little, they are like slaves. We live in a very unkind,ungentle world created by these corporations. They represent true evil in my book.

The information on Washington D.C., in this video also explains why income taxpayer contributions are referred to as "foreign earned income." Washington D.C. and all fed court buildings and the land around them is considered a foreign country to us and we born as Americans are considered "foreigners" to the feds;who have no jurisdiction over us UNLESS we turn in a label form adhesion contract and "volunteer" as taxpayer. Is it an accident so many know so little about their own country? No.

(this last united isn't capitalized as it's mean as an adverb) . In the law books when a distinction is made, America is referred to as the separate States of America. I bet you also know the yellow fringed flag displayed always behind Obama is not the American flag. He works for another boss; not the U.S.A.

It's a maritime flag when moving across oceans to signify where the ownership of the ship lies. Look at Army Regulation AR 840-10 to find out the difference of a regular flag vs. gold fringed flag. The one is at war while the other implies ownership. We still belong to England and haven't been a "free" country since 1861. Facts never mentioned in mainstream history. :)

1) Anyone who says that "we are living in a democracy" is an idiot. Ben Franklin said quite clearly that they had created a republic. Democracy was/is the worst form of gov't!
2) Jordan Maxwell was from whom I first heard that this union as well as our banking system was still in British hands. He's been researching it for many years.
3) The corp. is "United States" not "united States of America". Each State is sovereign united by contract (Constitution) only for mutual defense and commerce.

Also, the republic of the framers creation was their creation and all right to those documents lay with the signatories and the Posterity thereof.
How can the states be sovereign if they have to be united (past tense) to secure their debt? If you have to create a constitution to secure your debt, you are most definitely not sovereign.

@wind0wninja The reason it appears that we live in a Democracy is because the public has been duped...not that I want one. I prefer freedom. And as far as the States being sovereign, their sovereignty has slowly been usurped by an overreaching federal government supported by an ignorant and greedy public. It is not only "the rich" who want what the "middle class" earns. However, the mechanism is still there for them to regain their sovereignty. It'll be bloody, though.

A Democracy is a militarily run government; who do you see running the government?

@wind0wninja The Constitution was written for the express purpose of the common defense against foreign powers and for trade between the states & foreign gov'ts. The States were guaranteed their sovereignty through the 10th Amendment of the Bill of Rights and the people through the 9th and 10th Amendments. It was Lincoln's unconstitutional civil war resulting in the 14th Amendment that changed that in the eyes of both the Federal gov't and the people, although it was never lawfully ratified.
