The song is Zanguei-me com o meu amor" and is one of here usual encores. the other one she did in London was 'smile' - in English !

Thank you! I believe this is the song she did without a mic (as a duet with the Portuguese Guitarist) two nights ago at NYC's Town Hall. I was there and it was simply amazing. Anyone know the name of the song?

it is called "zanguei-me com o meu amor", a very traditional fado. in a rather literal translation it means:"I got angry angry with my love, I didnt see him the whole day, and for this reason, at nightime I sang the fado of mouraria much better"...it just tells the story of this lovers quarrel, but they meet in the end, and he was whistling the fado of mouraria (the old Muslim quarter of lisbon in the middle ages, and one of the oldest&most traditional neighborhoods of the city)

Sorry I only wish I had. It was such a surprise when she suddenly appeared on the balcony in front of us. It was a moment of pure magic that amde all the hair on your neck stand on end !
