umm on like kazaa or some p2p program you download whatever instrumental (example : all american rejects - gives you hell instrumental) remember to use the word 'instrumental' ... then you use a program like cooledit to record your vocals (usually w/ the instrumental in headphones) and then you click and drag that under the instrumental and line it up... its really really simple and i'm sure you could get an old version of cool edit at download(dot)com... cool edits self explanitory as hell
