Big respects to Ginger Fish, he was cool enough to chat with people after the show, I really appreciate that, the 99% of musicians dont do that, even when they were in the Antichrist Superstar hype he came out to interact with people, that's amazing, thumbs up for you Mr. Wilson.

I've seen Manson live twice and I never got the chance to meet Ginger Fish, but that's because I always head straight home after the concerts finish. Although, when I went to see Manson live in 2009 I met the leadsinger of Esoterica (the support band) after the show because the band members were standing inside the venue near the merch. area to speak with fans and handing out free demo cd's to people.

Bands and celebreties HATE doing this and fans dont realise it at all its like just because you fancy someone does NOT mean they automatically fancy you back. I met the band in london with twiggy a few years ago at an instore meet n greet it was pretty fast there were LOADS of ppl i shook Mansons hand it was sweet but VERY obvious that they would rather be doing their own thing.

@AgothInnCloth It's very possible that at this point in his career, he absolutely loved the attention and conversation with adoring fans. I've met a couple of people from other bands who just obviously love talking with fans after the show. Just because some bands might hate it, do not mean all.

ginger left in 2004-2005, because he injured himself, whilst he played on german tv show, so he couldn't play for the rest of the tour, so they replaced him with chris vrenna, but ginger returned in 2007, when manson toured for eat me, drink me!

i'm pretty sure manson was headlining, although i cant remember who opened.. i've been to over 30 manson shows, not including all the other shows i've been to, so it kind of gets hard to remember who i've seen, let alone who opened. i probably have it written somewhere, dont know if i'll come across it though.. i'm sure the electric factory has the info still. i just remember trent reznor and jonathon davis were in town and hanging out with manson and neither of them played the show that night.

i dont think i do. at most major shows i didn't have my camera with me since i took the train into philly and had no place to keep it while i went in for the show.. but i do have hundreds of old videos and have been to over 30 manson shows, so it could be possible. i'll let you know if i ever find more.

haha, um.. to me it was just the same feeling as meeting anyone.. i'm not really one to freak out. i've met & hung out w/ a whole hell of a lot of bands. people are just people. music is a huge part of my life. ginger was cool though.

i've met them all quickly at multiple signings. had a bunch of run-ins with manson, he knows/knew who i was (30+ shows & always recognizable) told me a year later he was trying to find me. invited me to meet him after a private show.. lots of stories.. nomorespace
