  • Hi,first of all thanks for this video; i´m going to buy this machine and I have a question: what kind of coffee should I buy? I was reading about problems with some kind of arabica? thanks

  • @niaux78 Hello, for our purposes there are two very general species of drinkable coffee. Robusta and Arabica. Robusta as its name suggests is a stronger plant, it is more resistant to disease, can grow in direct sunlight, and has generally higher yields. Robusta tends to have higher caffeine content and yields a simple cup that is often more bitter than Arabica. Arabica on the other end is high grown and yields a much more complex cup of coffee. Specialty coffee can only be 100% arabica.

  • Typically we use whole milk, 3.25 or 3.75% but to tell you the truth I cannot remember exactly what we used in this demo.

  • What kind of milk? 3.25%, 2%, 1%?

  • Excellent demonstration. Thank you.

  • Hi, I'm new to making espresso. How much milk did you use for your drink and what did you put the dial to for the size cup?

    Thanks!

  • Thanks for the demo. I'm thinking of buying one at Costco.
