Its your Xbox 360 my other 360 had the same problem when playing games it will freeze send it for a repair if your still under warranty.

do this: if you get the RRoD then microsoft will fix it for free so you need to leave it plugged in until you get three red lights but to make sure call microsoft. but dont tell them that you are going to do it
