that is nice. I had a LC sedan, stripped down, bare floor, no back seats, strong 179HP, SU's toyota 4 sp and quite a bit of other fruit.

@KG84C Yea I often have people in shock when they see under the bonnet to find out its "only a 6" . Its always been a favourite and the difference between a warm 202 and stock one is huge. as you know. Can't wait til I get out on the track doing some sprints :P

Its not modded that much really, stock bottom end, balanced and bored, YT 12-port head, Solid lifter F14 cam, 45 DCOE, Lightened flywheel, Roller Rockers, VH dizzy, etc. I have spent a bit of time doing some of the smaller things, finer tuning etc and can now blitz this time :) I have some people in the know estimate around 270-285hp or 200-210kW

what do you reckon if i whip a supercharger on there? Would you go a turbo or supercharger? I'd try and go with 8-10 psi. what power do you reckon that would make

I used to have a Turbo VH Commodore 5-speed that was turbo's from new by the dealer. I put it on the dyno and it made 160hp at the wheels. turbos make more power but superchargers make the power come on lower and are less brutal, the turbo bring the power on in a rush. not unlike this N/A motor I run. Power is strong then at about 4200rpm its like a turbo coming on..

@DieselDownunder I havent had this engine on a dyno so any power is purely guestimate. I am told it takes a bit of horsepower to get to 105mph through the quarter and thats what its done so far.

@mrgixxer100 and.. maloo ute is heavier yet it is the fastest ute in the world, considering i've got a 8/71 supercharged 454 big block waiting to be put in its power to weight ratio will be outstanding, the blue 202 which is now a red 240 something with a 250 crank is for my P's..when i turn 22 or 23 ill meet you at the strip, see how heavy it really is
