Never said it was, I have however heard it was and was not. I have no stance on it. Though, multiple documentaries I've seen about the movie as well as Pier Paolo Pasolini.
I don't think I could handle Salo itself but damn it does have some sweet packaging. Many of the later Criterion sets have awesome packaging like that and really cool booklets! I'm slightly obsessed with good booklets myself. I agree with Austin, they make DVDs for me. Dazed and Confused is an awesome Criterion set I'd recommend.
88 minutes sounds like me! I love Al Pacino too and those kind of movies so it sounds like win!

Salo: 120 days of sodom is definitly not a movie for everybody, their some really gross/sick scenes
good review

Thanks. I think everyone old enough for such a film should see it, though.

You reviewed the packaging more than the movie!

The packaging is almost more important to me than the movie itself =)

Great - I wanted to hear some more about Salo. I Still haven't seen it. Great package. An hour and a half of special features- sounds great.
Haven't seen 88 Minutes either. Pacino is great though, so I'll try and check it out.
