building collapsed so evenly and smoothly that it went straight down.. damn fire may weaken columns.. but NOT almost exactly at the time. a 50-chainsaw cutters could do better than that.

Steel gets weakened to the point of structural failure at, I think, 2000 degrees? I saw an experiment just recently where a single bar of steel was weakened to structural failure after 3 minutes of jet fuel burning at a max. of 2000 degrees.
The pools were an unidentified molten metal, which could have been aluminum.
Both sides claim the building fell at a rate favorable to their view, the videos apparently are inconclusive on the speed of the falling.

I never watch this show and after surfing for 30 min. and watching the blond be lambasted by most readers and pretty well every host ( Rosie, Woopie, etc. ) apart from the two ditses in the middle I don't think that I ever will.
