You did this mission the hard way. Easy way - Put the doctor outfit on, located in the locker room before you enter the ER department. Walk in to Anthony, unplug the life support machine. Walk out quickly and as soon as the cops realise whats happening start running. Should just have to run past two cops and get in the car. I think this will also only give you 2 wanted stars instead of 3! Of course you method is a lot more exciting!

This is how I did this mission (after some attemps): I went into the hospital, got the doctor's clothes, killed Anthony, walked a little bit, then the 3 stars appeared, killed around 4 cops, then I turned back to anthony's room, killed the fed, took cover and killed the cops that started to come with the M16 (they were a lot), after killing all of them I started to walk to the exit, I got out, took the car and escaped

this could be much easier ! you just hae to pick up the doctors suite and then you can walk to him without getting shot by the cops. when you killed him you just have to kill all athor cops, get out of the building lose your wanted level and then you are done. so easy ^^. the hardest mission in my opinion was were you have to make that bank rob with packie and some other guys.

Sorry narutodemonfox987... But i am pretty sure there is no way to get out of there without getting shot at... My best advice is to become good friends with Packie, and then place a car bomb outside the hospital before u enter. Then after unplugging the machine kill all the cops and get the hell out of there!! Then when u are driving away from the hospital, detonate the car bomb, and hide... Plz respond if u find a different way to do it...

All I did was get the scrubbs out of the locker room then walk right into the room with anthony. After that I just pulled the plug and walked out. The cops didnt realize something was funny until I got to the end of hall. I didnt even get shot.

lol I just shut down his system and run outside without shooting anyone with the police shooting at me. I just grab the health pack (on wall near the main doors) and rush outside to my waiting helicopter with half of my health left :) Did this on my first go. No shooting or using any weapons :D

I did the mission a little differently from you. At 2:37 you can take a right into that little room and change into a hospital uniform. Walk in calmly, go to the guy's room, and pull the plug. Then start firing and doing all of that. Ran out, got a police car, and drove off the stars. :D
