Well stats differ from who makes them up, but even if it's accurate, you have .2 more doctors per 1000 people which is pretty much a whoopty doo.

Are you a doctor? Why are you concerned about what doctors make? Also doctors here in Canada don't complain and if they don't like it they can go to the States, but they don't.

Doctors in the States are allowed to be immoral, they can invest or get paid from labs and send people to them for unrelated tests to their illness thus they profit more

There are actually more doctors per capita in Canada than in the United States. On the front page of the Calgary Herald (the paper here), there are 70nurses complaining that the public should be outraged that the taxpayers helped pay for their education and now the government won't hire them due to cut backs. They are resigned to working in the United States. They are upset about leaving Canada. Difference is, uncovered people die in the US, whereas for a small wait you get treated here.

It's free here because we're much like Alaska with lots of oil. Instead of companies sucking all of the profits, the "people" own the oil in the ground. The oil companies must pay a royalty to drill and extract the oil and therefor the taxpayer doesn't pay.

In the US however, a HUGE HUGE HUGE amount of your tax payer money goes to Halliburton, military spending, wars, and bailouts to too big to fails. We don't have that here, so we can afford to do things like looking after the sick.

I pay you a certain rate on a consistent basis as a means of alleviating my concerns should I become extremely ill, need surgery, fall off a cliff and break my leg, etc.

If I go thirty five years without any health problems, the insurance company wins.

The middle man isn't regulated by the government it would "be" the government, and the government has no profit-based goal. Just as any other public tax funded service (aka "the government") has no profit-based goal. Now in this situation, you can say that it is questionable whether the American government is trustworthy on whether they can run a stable system; that's fine. Other countries run health programs just fine and costs along with quality of life show its difference with healthcare here

No it doesn't, I live in Alberta and health care in Canada is through provincial authority. The Federal government pays the provinces to administer heath care to its citizen. In Alberta 3 years ago when we paid off our debt, the government was then in a profitable revenue and eliminated all healh care premiums. Every man woman and child gets free health care here now. Also in other provinces if you can't afford you can apply for a discount if you can show hardship.

I think what he mean't is that right wing believes anything corporate America spins a right wing value to get what they want in policy they will go along with. Major change is needed, and the people that profited the most from it are pouring millions of dollars into the spinsters to avoid any "real" reform.

Where the US failed was the government not enforcing contract law. The insurance companies took the premiums but didn't provide the coverage.

Problem with government running any social program is that in the future it will leave the taxpayer as a victim because the the program ends.

Social Security, Gov. Healthcare, old age security, food stamps, welfare all will end without notice.

I Live in another province, I'm out of work , I can't keep up with my premiums so I just got a letter from the Federal Government that states any shortfall in premiums will be taken from any refund I might get.

In Alberta when we did pay premiums I believe I was paying about $40 a month. (which is the regular rate not the discount rate)

Completely agree, Canada is part of the NWO aswell. There needs to be change up here too. We need protectionism (protect our standard of living), we only need to import what we cannot produce. Free trade is really designed for domestic companies to move their factories to China or Mexico and then return their manufactured goods with no duty or tariff whatsoever.
