It really depends on what sort of trasitions you use. Good timing with the clips can make up for a lack of thematic trasitions. It is most important that the video flow with the music.

katara basically hates zuko right now, there are two more episodes since the ones which have aired in America, and in the one right after the Day of Black Sun, Katara tells zuko if he steps out of line, she'll basically kill him, i think that romance was left in season 2 lol, make way for Kataang, although she didn't seemed to pleased with his kissing in the day of black sun, well she wasn't happy anyway, so idk about that either.
