haha i only use my empoleon haha i beat the stupit thing so many times that now i just go in with jus my empoleon and another pokemon that is weak to help the weak pokemon raise its level and i don't need no berrys potions nothing haha :P

My pokemon to bet Cynthia: Torterra, Giratina, Magnezone, Gyarados, Garchomp and Magmar. Sorry I forgot the level of my pokemon. More I hate to vs with Togekiss. She use Aura Sphere. My Torterra fainted.

Spiritomb never effect anything. I used Earthquake by Torterra to beat Spiritomb.

Empoleon. The main reason Empol doesn't appear is because he's useless type-wise against nearly everone on Cynthia's team/

Not really, Empoleon defeats Garchomp, Togekiss and Roserade with a Ice Beam, Milotic with Grass Knot, Lucario with Earthquake, and Spiritomb....i think Surf would kill it.

my Empoleon has Hydro Cannon, Earthquake, Ice Beam and Drill Peck, but i cant play becuz my DS has been stolen.

I'm not sure how much of Epmol's moves were showcased in previous videos, but his moveset is Surf, Drill Peck, Flash Cannon and Waterfall.

Plus, Garchomp beats Empoleon with Earthquake, unless you somehow miraculously manage to out-Speed it.

Not true My 67 empoleon was probably what saved my team he is my big hitter I had trouble however cause of its mediocre speed stat i wish i still had it but i have a dpp gen gsc gen starter team that tore right through cynthia but i lost my video

ATM, Empol's main use (even now in the after-story) is still as the water HM carrier, and water-based offense.

While most people would stick an Ice move on their Empoleon for use against Dragons, I instead have Garch and Luca (via Dragon Pulse) to do that job for me.

If it gets you through the storyline, then it's good enough. This team of mine will never be used for competitive battling (nor will any other team), but it does the job needed to get through the game :)
