i was nominated for short form writer for a PSA i did called werewolf of nashville. you can search it here on youtube if you want to see it. I didn't go to film school, though i did take some courses in college. Got started by just picking up a camera and running with it. Mostly i self taught through a lot of reading, and watching dvds. Stay tuned, i'll be doing a video soon showing some of the things i read/watched that helped me.

By the way. Those green stalks were asparagus, not Brussels sprouts. Just so you know what not to order next time. ;^)

It is a 'semi-tradition' to either do the asparagus with egg and butter or salmon mouse. Hence my guess. I'd put money on it. ;^)
