Good? This is brilliant. Simple, but brilliant. Nothing most don't already know, but well-produced (if a little slow) and easy to follow for those who might be tempted by silly mortgage acceleration products.
The advice is made for Canadians, but prepaying a mortgage is good financial advice anywhere. The speaking is just WAY too slow :)

This video is terrible, mortgage interest is 100% tax deductible. Obviously hes never heard of aquisition and home equity indebtedness.

And obviously you've never heard of Canada. Look at a map. Once you find "United States of America", look above it. That's Canada.
