It's illegal for anyone to open (punishment is 5 years in a federal prison) unless it's suspected of containing harmful (noxious chemicals), unlawful (illegal drugs, foreign goods or animals) or dangerous (handguns, letter bombs) materials. Even then, a mailman wouldn't be authorized to open it; that would be done by the proper authorities like the CIA. Watch it, Mel.

This is one of the first episodes I watched (in fact, I think it was the second, after the Omelette show), but I decided to watch it again after seeing all the other eps LTH posted. Am I glad I did! I now have a new appreciation of what goes on (not to mention a better grasp of the references--though I guess that should be obvious).
