"Ni Ai Wo Xiang Shui" literally means (word by word), "You Love Me Like Who". There might be a few ways to inteprete it... However, i think that the better intepretation is "You love me (to be) like who", or "who do u want me to be?".. Another intepretation might be, "You love me, like (you love) who?"

However, i still think that the first intepretation is better and suits the song more =)
