hi there, that happend to me few time. I went to the store to buy a dvd then come home and put the DVD in the dvd player and start to watch them but there is no subtitle on so i check the case on the back and said it is "CC" so i try again to check to see if the subtitle is on, but nothing so i had to go back to the store to give them back and give me the money back. Some of dvd movies dont have subtitles and some have, it is strange, i dont like that.
I've had a lot of problems when renting various DVDs with SDH labels. I've tested on all 3 DVD players & failed. It's definitely the subtitle programmer's faulty technical glitch. It became a repeat problem as BlockBuster local store was beginning to think I was creating hassles; which is, of course, not my intentions at all. I'd demand the manager to test on their DVD player & sure enough it'd not show up either. Resolution? Lose the preferred movie over a lame one.:(
