I don't get it, you're on a mac computer while doing this. If anybody has a mac then they have iMovie, which can do this for free.

You can get Sony Vegas Movie Studio and do video green screen editing for the price of this software. Don't get me wrong it looks to be great software for doing photo greenscreen editing. But it is over priced.

This particular software is designed to strictly do compositing of images shot on a green or blue background, so yes you would need a green screen or some type of green or blue background to shoot your subject against.

It is photo specific. If you are looking to composite/key video, then Composite Lab would be a better choice.

While 123 Video Magic does work for compositing images, the export resolution is not very high. Photokey 3 allows the user to export in up to 400dpi while preserving the alpha layer for further editing if necessary.
