She hasn't been released in the manga/anime yet, all we known is that she loves sweets. she looks rather fat and that she is now protecting fishman island in whitebeards place. She is most likely stronger than Hancock because of her title, we can guess she was close to Whitebeards strength.
She's no fear about her crew, her place in amazon lily.. because she's STRONG enough to against the marine.. specially the 3 elemental admirals - " Akainu, Aokiji and Kizaru ".. she is a paramecia type.. with haoushoku haki which is ( Dead Wraith Demon ) and able to against the logia type with or without Haki..
That's why she's not afraid of what's government do if she revoke or against the thing she can do.
Being a logia is far from being a top tier in One Piece. She can barely beat Smoker who's only a captain. The three admirals fodderizes shichibukai level opponents like Iva who can fight Kuma and Jimbei and Ace. If the vice admirals know haki, the admirals know haki as well. Hancock is high tier but she's not top tier.

She had him completely dominated. Had she not needed to somehow "cover" her actions durign the war (to not reveal she's on Luffy's side) she would've destroyed. him. She easily broke his weapon and left him defenseless.
Smoker is HIGHLY overrated. The only reason Luffy couldn't beat him was that he still didn't have Haki, and couldn't touch him. If he had been able to use it on the war, G2 Luffy wouldve destroyed Smoker too.
@Niibakun in the manga smoker is also shown with some minor bruises after his fight with hancock but the anime totally skipped that detail (and i was so looking forward to see the continuation of their fight!)
He's not highly overrated. He's underrated. The fact that he wasn't scarred from the wrath of Hancock shows that he is not slouche. Even Hancock herself said to smoker "I have never been so angry in my entire life". That means she's going all out. And Smoker survived that.

The guy has had ONE single serious battle so far (with "serious" meaning "an opponent who could actually touch him") and he still got his ass handed to him. Sure, he didn't die...but considering his Logia is the closest one to AIR, I say using to escape from danger should be pretty damn easiy.

my opinon would be that BOA hancock would have a great fight with milhalk and do flamingo.. her powers were remarkable... she can probably defeat milhalk in a fight, we know milhalk doesnt have haki and hancock does.. she can fight on her own unlike moria thats why shes too way above moria. then if well top the strenght of shichibukai, probably it would be with mihalk, hancock or flamingo ( excepting black beard ) ....
@ParisBlackheart No, Rayleigh (because of his mastery of haki usage) can pick some people in a large group and knock them out without affecting the others. Thats why neither of the Strawhats nor the marmaid or her pet passed out.
However those with strong willpower can resist this technique - probably thats why Kid Pirates or Trafalgar Law's crew weren't affected.
you cant assume that perfume femur and slave arrow are the only attack that she can use. besides she isnt even taking the battle seriously maybe if she is put in a situation in which she has to fight someone strong then maybe we will be able to see her true powers

@darien0extreme Well from what we've seen of previous fruits including Luffy's, they have a limited form of control over their clothing and equipment too. Honey Queen from one of the movies was a Logia who couldn't shift her clothes though, I think she's also the weakest Logia, some kind of liquid based power.

It's possible the petrification haven't reached the brain yet, but these fodders would just die anyway, and it's not really worthwhile discussing.

But it's also true that if Luffy kept up with Mihawk's slashes with rookie haki, she should also be able to dodge them, get close and petrify his weapon by kicks. But these are still assumptions as Mihawk never showed anything aside blade swinging. An hypothetic battle would end either with Mihawk's victory with his petrified sword and body parts or Boa's, with Salome Sushi and severed body parts.
@AngelKalifa once hancock petrified one of mihalks body parts she would be able to fight him with ease.. ur right luffy was able to dodge mihalks attack maybe because of gear second.. but if u think about this, mihalk fought with vista and he had quite time dealing with him.. but i think if boa will fight vista it would just be an easy fight.. so upon thinking of all things i think boa is stronger than mihalk maybe 10%....

So Mihawk's sword can be "the best in the world" or whatever, yet that doesn't mean a fuck to Hancock, whose mere touch can turn it into a stone sword, and then just shatter it.

Shusui (Ryuuma's sword) is said to be able to withstand a stomp from a dinosaur, and that it wouldn't bend a millimeter (They are obviously not ordinary swords, and have amazing properties). Now imagine the Strongest sword. Its obviously not just a sword.

The problem here is you're not understanding how Hancock's ability works. She turns materials into STONE and THEN breaks them. It doesn't matter how great and mighty Mihawk's sword is...because Hancock can turn it into a simple sword-shaped ROCK. Once she has done that, its not more durable than any regular stone.

All we know, as of now, is that she can defeat figures like Gecko Moria, Pacifistas, Crocodile, Land Jinbei, Blackbeard, Smoker, Vice Admirals (except Garp), Whitebeard Commanders (possible exception of Marco) and every supernova with mid-difficulty at most. She isn't even serious with her performance during the war (no Snake Weapon or Overlord Haki application). She still hasn't shown durability or speed feats, so we don't know how well would she perform against Doflamingo, Kuma or Mihawk.
@AngelKalifa She could likely do well against Kuma if she keeps her distance and uses slave arrow. If she can beat a horde of pacifistas she could do it to Kuma. Though I wonder if his paws can deflect the arrows.
I don't know about Doflamingo since we haven't seen much of him and Mihawk is likely too much for her to handle.
This is entirely dependent to the tangibility of Boa's hearts and arrows. If they can't be touched, Kuma and Mihawk wouldn't be able to deflect her attacks, and will end up petrified in a single Slave Arrow. Kuma could teleport to avoid, but we DO know that Boa possesses the Overlord Haki of Observation and thus, would be able to predict their attacks and react accordingly. These are still assumptions still we never witnessed them in death matches.
@AngelKalifa Well since Kuma has shown to be able to deflect air it could be said he can deflect even intangible objects. Unless they're like ethereal (Such as ghosts). But I still believe even without slave arrow perfume femur would do him in. Especially if she could petrify his paws with it.
And I still think we need to see more of doflamingo. It could very well be that he uses stings, but it could also be something deeper than that. Like it might be Devil fruit based.
@kdog1000Again Oyeah, I almost forgot that Kuma sent Perona's Negative Ghost flying (?). Either way, Boa should be able to keep up with Kuma, and since she will have instant advantage in a single kick, she has a very high chance of winning.
We still don't know Doflamingo's attack mechanics, but if he does indeed use strings to attack, Boa would be able to petrify them and have the upper hand.

@jejemons Sadly she isn't. The strongest female pirate is probably Charlotte Linlin or "Big Mam", but Hancock gets the hottest and one of the coolest powers though.

@berial666 She's one of the three remaining Yonkou, the strongest pirates in the world. She hasn't been released in the manga/anime yet, all we known is that she loves sweets. she looks rather fat and that she is now protecting fishman island in whitebeards place. She is most likely stronger than Hancock because of her title, we can guess she was close to Whitebeards strength.

She's no fear about her crew, her place in amazon lily.. because she's STRONG enough to against the marine.. specially the 3 elemental admirals - " Akainu, Aokiji and Kizaru ".. she is a paramecia type.. with haoushoku haki which is ( Dead Wraith Demon ) and able to against the logia type with or without Haki..
That's why she's not afraid of what's government do if she revoke or against the thing she can do.

Being a logia is far from being a top tier in One Piece. She can barely beat Smoker who's only a captain. The three admirals fodderizes shichibukai level opponents like Iva who can fight Kuma and Jimbei and Ace. If the vice admirals know haki, the admirals know haki as well. Hancock is high tier but she's not top tier.

She had him completely dominated. Had she not needed to somehow "cover" her actions durign the war (to not reveal she's on Luffy's side) she would've destroyed. him. She easily broke his weapon and left him defenseless.
Smoker is HIGHLY overrated. The only reason Luffy couldn't beat him was that he still didn't have Haki, and couldn't touch him. If he had been able to use it on the war, G2 Luffy wouldve destroyed Smoker too.

@Niibakun in the manga smoker is also shown with some minor bruises after his fight with hancock but the anime totally skipped that detail (and i was so looking forward to see the continuation of their fight!)

He's not highly overrated. He's underrated. The fact that he wasn't scarred from the wrath of Hancock shows that he is not slouche. Even Hancock herself said to smoker "I have never been so angry in my entire life". That means she's going all out. And Smoker survived that.

@GrandGetsuga0 I didn't say Smoker was a slouche...yet if you saw the kind of things some people think of him because of the way he LOOKS (cool, like the main characters) you would agree with what I said. The guy has had ONE single serious battle so far (with "serious" meaning "an opponent who could actually touch him") and he still got his ass handed to him. Sure, he didn't die...but considering his Logia is the closest one to AIR, I say using to escape from danger should be pretty damn easiy.

my opinon would be that BOA hancock would have a great fight with milhalk and do flamingo.. her powers were remarkable... she can probably defeat milhalk in a fight, we know milhalk doesnt have haki and hancock does.. she can fight on her own unlike moria thats why shes too way above moria. then if well top the strenght of shichibukai, probably it would be with mihalk, hancock or flamingo ( excepting black beard ) ....

@ParisBlackheart No, Rayleigh (because of his mastery of haki usage) can pick some people in a large group and knock them out without affecting the others. Thats why neither of the Strawhats nor the marmaid or her pet passed out.
However those with strong willpower can resist this technique - probably thats why Kid Pirates or Trafalgar Law's crew weren't affected.

you cant assume that perfume femur and slave arrow are the only attack that she can use. besides she isnt even taking the battle seriously maybe if she is put in a situation in which she has to fight someone strong then maybe we will be able to see her true powers

@darien0extreme Well from what we've seen of previous fruits including Luffy's, they have a limited form of control over their clothing and equipment too. Honey Queen from one of the movies was a Logia who couldn't shift her clothes though, I think she's also the weakest Logia, some kind of liquid based power.

@jpcenet I would answer your question by talking about how our nervous system is divided into two regions, the central and peripheral nervous system, but I'd rather leave it to "this is animé, after all" argument. It's possible the petrification haven't reached the brain yet, but these fodders would just die anyway, and it's not really worthwhile discussing.

@jpcenet Boa Hancock's Overlord Haki Burst would sweep huge amounts of soldiers on both sides, leaving only Whitebeard Commanders (including some named ally Captains) vs Shichibuukai and Marines (w/ Vice Admiral Rank and above) fighting, and that would erase the spirit of war. Though I admit having named people fight isn't a bad idea, hmmm

@berial666 Though Boa Hancock's admittedly fierce, Mihawk is also pretty strong in his own right. But it's also true that if Luffy kept up with Mihawk's slashes with rookie haki, she should also be able to dodge them, get close and petrify his weapon by kicks. But these are still assumptions as Mihawk never showed anything aside blade swinging. An hypothetic battle would end either with Mihawk's victory with his petrified sword and body parts or Boa's, with Salome Sushi and severed body parts.

@AngelKalifa once hancock petrified one of mihalks body parts she would be able to fight him with ease.. ur right luffy was able to dodge mihalks attack maybe because of gear second.. but if u think about this, mihalk fought with vista and he had quite time dealing with him.. but i think if boa will fight vista it would just be an easy fight.. so upon thinking of all things i think boa is stronger than mihalk maybe 10%....

@RobLucci3 You DO know that the "material" something is made of, is not RELEVANT for Hancock's ability, right? Seastone is the only exception, and that's because it cancel's abilities, not because of its hardness. We know Mihawk's sword is not made from seastone, though.
So Mihawk's sword can be "the best in the world" or whatever, yet that doesn't mean a fuck to Hancock, whose mere touch can turn it into a stone sword, and then just shatter it.

@Niibakun its specifically said that its the STRONGEST sword. And do you really think that just a DF power could do that to Mihawk's sword? Shusui (Ryuuma's sword) is said to be able to withstand a stomp from a dinosaur, and that it wouldn't bend a millimeter (They are obviously not ordinary swords, and have amazing properties). Now imagine the Strongest sword. Its obviously not just a sword.

12 Supreme Grade Swords - These are the best, most legendary swords in the history of One Piece world.
21 Great Grade Swords
50 Skillful Grade Swords
and unknown number of Grade Swords
Most other swords are not named.

@RobLucci3 Maybe its said that its the strongest sword (I actually think they just said the "finest"..) but the proble here (what Im trying to tell you) it that it DOESN'T MATTER. The problem here is you're not understanding how Hancock's ability works. She turns materials into STONE and THEN breaks them. It doesn't matter how great and mighty Mihawk's sword is...because Hancock can turn it into a simple sword-shaped ROCK. Once she has done that, its not more durable than any regular stone.

@Niibakun its doesnt really matter abt the sword n ability at this stage of op. If they two fight, its pretty much a battle of haki. with haki boa can turn the sword into stone, same as mihawk can defend against df ability.

@RobLucci3 maybe u misunderstood, let me rephrase, wif haki, boa can turn the sword into stone wif her df IF her haki is stronger than mihawk or likewise for mihawk defending against it. but we do not really know how haki works since there are no haki fights yet. we only know haki can nullify some of df ability. so its just a assumption.

@Niibakun And how can you not understand that its likely not made of just steel, but maybe Kairouseki (nulls DF's on impact) or some other material. And lets just say for the sake of argument that its not. Mihawk can nullify her DF power with haki, and then its even bigger non factor.

@RobLucci3 so you are saying that either mihawk's sword is (partly) made of seastone or he's got enough haki to nullify hancock's df? actually I have been thinking the same until I saw mihawk failing to cut buggy... let's just face it, in a direct clash against hancock's perfume femur his sword would likely just end up broken. that doesn't mean that mihawk can't win against her, but he should try dodging her kicks, rather than parrying.

All we know, as of now, is that she can defeat figures like Gecko Moria, Pacifistas, Crocodile, Land Jinbei, Blackbeard, Smoker, Vice Admirals (except Garp), Whitebeard Commanders (possible exception of Marco) and every supernova with mid-difficulty at most. She isn't even serious with her performance during the war (no Snake Weapon or Overlord Haki application). She still hasn't shown durability or speed feats, so we don't know how well would she perform against Doflamingo, Kuma or Mihawk.

@AngelKalifa She could likely do well against Kuma if she keeps her distance and uses slave arrow. If she can beat a horde of pacifistas she could do it to Kuma. Though I wonder if his paws can deflect the arrows.
I don't know about Doflamingo since we haven't seen much of him and Mihawk is likely too much for her to handle.

This is entirely dependent to the tangibility of Boa's hearts and arrows. If they can't be touched, Kuma and Mihawk wouldn't be able to deflect her attacks, and will end up petrified in a single Slave Arrow. Kuma could teleport to avoid, but we DO know that Boa possesses the Overlord Haki of Observation and thus, would be able to predict their attacks and react accordingly. These are still assumptions still we never witnessed them in death matches.

@AngelKalifa Well since Kuma has shown to be able to deflect air it could be said he can deflect even intangible objects. Unless they're like ethereal (Such as ghosts). But I still believe even without slave arrow perfume femur would do him in. Especially if she could petrify his paws with it.
And I still think we need to see more of doflamingo. It could very well be that he uses stings, but it could also be something deeper than that. Like it might be Devil fruit based.

@kdog1000Again Oyeah, I almost forgot that Kuma sent Perona's Negative Ghost flying (?). Either way, Boa should be able to keep up with Kuma, and since she will have instant advantage in a single kick, she has a very high chance of winning.
