Brutal Sound: Corvette C6 Z06

I have a c6 corvette and I hate the way they sound. I changed the exhaust and it still has that crappy idle sound. LS2-3 motors sound horrible. The LT1 motors sound mean as hell on the earlier cars.

@Grodinz Yea I hear yah..but it kinda looked blue. I doubt a vette of this caliper would be burning oil but it just looked like it especially because its when he left off usually a sighn of oil leaking..I thought maybe not

You can see that happen on almost any care if you rev it up to the limiter.

But then again, even if car actually does burn some oil sometimes, its not that bad if its not smoking all the time, no biggy!

@mustang4sho when u floor it like that it creates extra oil pressure, and it tends to come through either the pistin rings or valve stems. Almost a good thing.

yeah i agree, my C5 with its "only" 400hp (some mods) vs Z06 will never have a chance. and the 7.0l engine sounds brutal.

the vid is boring cause i miss the expecting action in the end.

just some fine pics and i want to see more of the power.

@fu7zh9 Your right, I like the old origional ones, but the modern ones look strange and the shape is all wrong, the designers need to go back to the drawing board and start again, this maybe explains why only a small handfull were ever made and they kept changing them to try and sell more, but every year they sell less and less, just like the sister car, a mustang, these cars are now being long forgotten and the fiero car too, which people try to make them look like ferrari cars and pretend.

@knutfheifer I am American, I dont think all European or Japaneese cars are junk, I dont think your generalization that all USA cars are junk is fair. I will admit some of our cars are lame but not all of them. My Corvette that I have had since 1993 has 241,000 miles on it and does not burn any oil and still gets 20+ miles per gallon. I have never had the valve covers off. It has been a great car. This video is lame I admit but not all American cars are bad. Try to be a little more open minded.

@knutfheifer In the 80s we used to have a lot of people over here that tried to turn a Fiero in a "Ferrairo" haha The Fiero was kinda of a neat car but was big time underpowered and a rust bucket. Some of your cars are really cool. I love Rolls Royce and Bentley, just once I would like to hit the Autobahn in one of them or my Vette. You can't do over 70 mph over here without getting behind some dummy on their cellphone haha.

@Poncho389 Well it is exactly like that over here too;-))) I don't know about you but here the road rage is terrible these days, my wife will not drive on the motorways, she is terrified lol, as to the fiero, it must have been an amazing car in the 80s though and very fast I bet! ferrari do rust also, mine has to be checked all the time for rusting arches etc, it's a worry!
